Reservations
We require a deposit equal to the cost of one nights accommodation with balance upon arrival. Deposits are fully refundable with seven day's prior notice. Deposit is required, in the form of a credit card number or cash. Sorry reservation can not be confirmed until the deposit is received.

Value of the deposit is 1 night's rate for single night reservation, or 50% of total account for a multiple night reservation.

General guidelines
Maximum of two people per room
No pets, because we have two cats. The cats are not allowed in the guest bedrooms, but they sometimes sneak in when guests leave the bedroom door open. Sorry we cannot provide refunds because you have cat allergies.
Sorry no smoking inside the house, your welcome to smoke on the deck.
We are an adult orientated facility; please ask before you bring children. Sorry we personally love children but in consideration of other guests we request you ask prior to booking rooms with children.
Technology just is case you need it. All bedrooms have high speed internet access, just in case you always travel with a laptop and need to send mail to family and friends. I know most people normally come to the 30,000 island vacation area to rest and relax, but some of us still need to bring technology along on vacation.
